The BridgeUSA J-1 Teacher Program provides teachers with the opportunity to share their culture and expertise with students across the United States. As a US Department of State designated J-1 Visa sponsor, we are here to make this happen for you.

What We Do
Visa Sponsorship
As a designated J-1 visa sponsor, we provide you with everything you need to obtain the J-1 Visa at a US Embassy near you.
Cultural Exchange
Cultural exchange is the heart of this program and we are here to provide cultural opportunities as well as guide you on your own cultural goals and objectives.
Hands-on Support
Once you arrive, we provide ongoing and personalized support to ensure your success on the program.
Our Focus Areas
STEAM
Twenty five percent of our participants teach in the area of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, or Math
Language Immersion
We are dedicated to working with immersion schools and foreign language teachers to enhance US students’ access to other languages.
Underserved Schools
Twenty five percent of our participants teach in traditionally underserved schools.
